Speak with an attorney for free
We offer divorce assistance for victims of domestic violence and other crimes through one-on-one calls with a PA Safe Law attorney. These calls are easy, flexible, free, and available to those who fit certain criteria. If you live in an eligible county, don’t have any marital property, and don’t have legal representation, then you’re eligible for this service. See all requirements.
During the call, the attorney can provide everything you need to file and complete a simple, no-fault divorce in Pennsylvania. They can explain the divorce process, provide forms and help you fill them out, and answer any questions you might have.
