Emergency Custody

If you believe that your child is at risk, there are ways to get emergency custody in Pennsylvania.

Emergency custody is not always the best option and there may be other forms you need to file. Please chat with our attorneys to find out which option may be best for you.

Protection from Abuse Order (PFA)

If your child is being physically or sexually abused by the other parent there may be additional forms of protection. A protection from abuse order (PFA) could be filed to protect the child from the other parent. A PFA can order that the other parent only have supervised visits.
